Parent Volunteers for Band Camp, July 21-25
Needed: Water Station outside during practice field sessions – items can be stored in our trailer (move trailer closer to field). Help provide water, snacks, support, and relief to students while outside rehearsing during Band Camp. Band will generally be outside from 8:00-10:30am, and 3:00-4:30pm, unless it’s raining.

Things we need:
  • Ice & water (water coolers + plastic cups works)
  • Gatorade cooler
  • Frozen Fruits, small sizes/cuts
  • Tent/chairs/table (band has tables and one tent; multiple tents might be good idea)
  • Fan(s) – electricity is available; need extension cords
  • Other suggestions welcome
Parents can volunteer for all-day, or for either morning or afternoon. We will make a schedule of “shifts” as needed.
